ON CALL NP: I’m on call for you.
Caring for people has been at the heart of my career for many years. I have had the privilege of working with patients in many different settings, and each experience has shaped the way I practice medicine today.
My nursing and nurse practitioner career began with a strong focus on caring for the whole person. In 2005, I worked in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Georgetown University Hospital, where I helped patients safely manage fertility treatments in the comfort of their own homes. I learned early on that good health care is not only about medicine—it is also about listening, teaching, and helping people feel comfortable and supported.
Throughout my career, I have cared for patients with many different needs, including people with disabilities and those who may feel anxious or uncomfortable in a medical setting. My experience at Johns Hopkins Hospital, including working on Meyer 6 and performing pre-surgery physical exams in the Department of Anesthesia, gave me a broad understanding of patient care.
I have also enjoyed caring for children as a camp nurse and substitute school nurse at The Barrie School. These experiences allowed me to connect with patients and families in a very personal way.
Over time, I realized that I wanted to create a different kind of health care experience—one that is convenient, personal, and centered around the individual patient. This led me to explore medical cannabis care in Maryland, where I provided evaluations and certifications. That experience opened the door to a more flexible approach to health care and helped shape my vision for my own practice.
In 2023, I expanded my training to include Botox and dermal fillers, allowing me to offer aesthetic services as another part of helping patients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.
Today, my goal is simple: **to make health care feel more personal, less stressful, and easier to access.** I believe patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and cared for—not just treated.
Thank you for trusting me with your care. I look forward to getting to know you and being part of your health journey.
